Nursing

Our specially trained nursing staff members deliver quality care and services needed for a successful stay at Hoeger House. They are focused on returning guests to their previous living environments as quickly as possible, while also working to prevent and reduce rehospitalizations.  Some services include clinical assessments, care planning, and the implementation of services such as IV therapy, enteral therapy, complex wound care, pain management and tracheostomy care.  Hoeger House has also implemented a 2 gram sodium cardiac diet to promote patient well being.

Social Services

A licensed social worker is available to help plan a guest’s transition from our rehabilitation care to home or the next level of care. They also assist guests and families with arrangements for after-care services, such as home health care and home medical supplies.
